🚀As you have probably already seen, research by ProVeg Nederland (https://lnkd.in/d2f7e5bW) has found that the vegetarian and vegan options are now cheaper than its meat counterparts in the Netherlands. That is amazing news!
This will help the shift towards plant-based alternatives to a great extent. DST will help building towards the best plant-based meat quality so that the choice for plant-based will not be experienced as a qualitative sacrifice, but as a delicious and cheaper first choice.
